Indianola Downtown warmly invites you Home for the Holidays! You're sure to find your holiday cheer as the Square is transformed with the dazzling sights, sounds (& smells) of the season. Ask Santa if you are on his Nice List, take a horse drawn wagon ride, join in on a carol or find a treat just like your grandma used to make. Plus, there is no better place to find the perfect holiday gift than our beautiful boutiques, so be sure to bring your gift list! A lighted parade will wrap up this festive evening with a bow!

Join us after Carlisle's Pumpkin Fest for additional fall fun with the Annual S'mores & Hayrides and Spooky Trails events at the Scotch Ridge Nature Park & Trail in Carlisle, IA.

S'mores & Hayrides run from 3:00-5:00pm

This FREE family event is held annually on the 4th Saturday in October in Downtown Carlisle. The event is packed full of FUN - Costume parade, trunk or treat, kiddie train rides, candy, vendors, food, entertainment, and of course PUMPKINS! Decorated/carved pumpkin contest, pumpkin painting, crafts, games, petting animals, and more!

Join us on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 5-9 pm on The Square in Downtown Indianola (Iowa) for an evening of shopping & Halloween magic. We'll keep our boutiques open and the samples flowing while our bars & restaurants ramp up the fun. Be sure to follow this page as we release exciting details leading up to the event. Costumes are encouraged (but not required.) This is a GREAT girls night out! Must be 21 or over. Tickets, which get you a wristband to participate, are $20.

This semi-annual event covers the western and southern portion of Warren County, Iowa. Now, we're jumping over to the bordering counties of Clarke and Madison, but not far, so you can enjoy more small-town hospitality and great shopping, eating and engaging fun! Held the FIRST Friday and Saturday in JUNE and OCTOBER (not necessarily the first weekend) A combination of vintage, antiques shops, Agri-tourism, boutique farms and specialty boutiques on the BackRoads & ByWays of Warren County, Iowa.  Just south of Des Moines; communities represented on the tour are:  Cumming, Norwalk, Prole, St. Mary's, St. Charles, Indianola, and New Virginia.
