Submit Final Grant Evaluation

Grant Recipient Responsibilities

Congratulations on receiving a grant from Warren County Philanthropic Partnership!

Grant recipients are required to complete a Final Grant Evaluation when their project is complete. The time allowed to complete your project is typically 9 months after receiving the grant dollars. If your project will not be completed in the 9 months allowed, please read the sections below.

Project Not Complete?

Sometimes circumstances are out of our control — weather, delivery delays or problems with contractors sometimes means your project isn’t completed on time. WCPP expects grant recipients to do all they can to complete projects in the time allowed, but if you experience problems finishing on time, per the grant agreement, you must request an extension in writing.

Please email info@warrencountypp.org to request an extension. Please explain why the extension is needed.

The Grant Making Committee reviews all requests for extensions and we will inform grant recipients if the extension is granted. Please note that if the extension is not granted, you may be asked to return the unused portion of grant dollars.

Has Something Changed?

We understand sometimes bids, estimates and shipping costs, for example, can change after you’ve submitted the application and budget sheet. If anything with your project or budget changes, please submit a change request in writing

Please email info@warrencountypp.org to request an extension. Please explain why you need to make a change to your project or budget adjustments.

The Grant Making Committee reviews all requests for changes and we will inform grant recipients if the extension is granted.
